Falcon Transmitter Warranty Program

13 October 2016

Today, DCI is announcing its new Falcon transmitter warranty program. This warranty program is an industry first and will allow you, at no charge, to receive warranty coverage for up to 3 years or 500 hours of transmitter usage, whichever occurs first. This warranty is designed to stay in effect with your transmitter as you use it, ensuring that you receive a return on your investment.

During the past two years, DCI has invested heavily in transmitter design. Our new line of Falcon transmitters represents our most durable design to date. Falcon transmitters are designed to last, minimizing downtime due to transmitter failures and increasing the productivity and up-time of your crew.

To take advantage of the new warranty, register your Falcon transmitter at point of purchase. The registration process will activate the new 3 year / 500 hours’ warranty program. The new transmitter design will allow accumulated run-time hours to be viewed by using the Transmitter Information Screen on your Falcon receiver. This capability will be available in all Falcon locating systems that begin shipping on November 1st. If your system does not have this capability, accumulated run-time hours can be read by DCI’s customer service organization. Falcon transmitters1 purchased after October 1, 2016 are eligible for this new warranty.

In addition, you may purchase an additional 2 years / 250 hours of warranty coverage for $695 USD per Falcon transmitter. This increases the transmitter warranty coverage to 5 years or 750 hours, whichever occurs first. The warranty extension is available from your local authorized DigiTrak dealer upon the initial purchase of your new Falcon transmitter.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact your local authorized dealer.

Regards,

DCI Customer Service
